Collaboration is a permanent free tier, not a trial. You land on it automatically once your 14-day trial lapses without upgrading, or if a paying plan is cancelled. On Collaboration you keep receiving candidates and roles shared by a collaborating recruitment agency, with 10 credits per month, no card required and no time limit. Upgrade to Basic or Premium at any time for full access.
If you have not chosen a plan, your account automatically moves to the free Collaboration plan rather than being locked out. Upgrade to Basic or Premium whenever you are ready.
No. You can start your 14-day free trial with no card and 100 credits to explore. Choose a plan when you are ready to continue, or let the trial expire with no charge.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrading to Basic removes instant generation, reference checks, surveys, eNPS, exit interviews, compliance, contracts, onboarding, and advanced analytics. Your data is kept, so you can upgrade again at any time to restore access.
No. Assessely is month-to-month. Cancel any time with no penalty and no notice period required.
